Digital Delivery

EdithPro provides digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) products. Unlike physical goods, our "shipping" refers to the digital delivery and activation of our services.

Upon successful completion of your purchase or subscription, access to the paid features of EdithPro is instant. You do not need to wait for any physical package to arrive.

Delivery Process

Subscription Activation

Activation happens in three easy steps:

  • Payment Confirmation: Once your payment is processed via our secure provider (Stripe/PayPal), you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Account Update: Your EdithPro account is automatically upgraded to reflect your new subscription status.
  • Direct Access: You can immediately start using advanced recording, cloud storage, and sharing features.

Email Confirmation

A transactional receipt and welcome email will be sent to the email address associated with your EdithPro account within minutes of your purchase. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it.

International Access

EdithPro is available globally. As a cloud-based service, we "ship" our digital product to any location with a stable internet connection.

Please note that while the service is accessible worldwide, speeds and performance may vary based on your local internet service provider and geographic distance from our global CDN servers.

Technical Requirements for 'Delivery'

To ensure successful "delivery" and optimal performance of our services, your device must meet our minimum technical requirements:

  • A modern web browser (latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox)
  • A stable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps for high-quality recording)
  • Sufficient local storage for temporary recording files
  • A functional microphone and camera (optional based on your usage)
